Lemon Pie yogurt bowl:


- unsweetened Greek or coconut yogurt

-leftover pulp of lemon elixir

-tbs of goji berries

-1 tbs of hemp seeds (added protein)

-1/2 tbs of ground flax seed

-1/2 tbs of pumpkin seeds


Winter tip: I let the yogurt sit out to room temp in before eating 😉
