I tried a new cabbage soup recipe that has ginger and turmeric in it. It was quite tasty so I thought I’d share. The only thing I did different was that I added boneless chicken breast for protein. I boiled the chicken breast until cooked through then cut it up into bite size pieces and threw them into the soup towards the end. Very light and low calorie soup.
