We're so excited you've decided to be part of this empowering community. We believe exercising should be effective, motivating and fun. Our method is designed to challenge different angles of your body while connecting with your mind.
There's a couple of things you'll need to maximize your workout with us:
- Light weights ( 2-3lbs )
-a mat
-a chair
-pilates ball
-bands (open and closed)
-ankle weights (optional)
-sliders
If you don't have it all, don't worry, you can use water bottles for weights, a rolled towel for a ball and paper plates or towels in lieu of sliders. And of course, you can chose not to use any equipment. That's the beauty of Barre Bella Fit, you can make it your own.
