Recipe for fire honey.
We prepare this honey recipe in a clean mason jar and add 2 tsp (or more ) to a cup of hot tea on the first sign of cold. We also enjoy a cup anytime we feel our immune system needs a boost. Honey is antibacterial, ginger is a great form of zinc, cinnamon controls sugar levels, turmeric is also a disinflammatory and black pepper aids in absorption, cayenne pepper is a good source of Vitamin A and C and also a good source of capsaicin which aids in pain relief and digestive issues.

Recipe:
Fire honey:
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp ginger
1tsp tumeric
1tsp black pepper
4 to 5 ounces honey
Stir well and store in a cool, dry space.
Stir 2 tsp to hot green tea or tea of choice .)
